Internal Pipe Blast Nozzles 360°
PTC-360° blasting nozzles are designed for internal pipe cleaning of pipes with an inner diameter ranging from 2” to 5”. This nozzle is connected to a blasting device in place of a standard nozzle. During operation, the PTC-360° nozzle directs a mixture of air and abrasive through the tip. It disperses the abrasive in a wide stream that cleans the interior of the pipe as the nozzle moves through it. The nozzles are made of tungsten carbide (TC) and can be used with NHP holders.

PTC-360°L nozzles are designed for blast cleaning the interior of pipes with an internal diameter from 3/4” to 2”. This nozzle is connected to an abrasive blasting machine instead of a standard nozzle. During operation, the PTC-360°L nozzle directs a mixture of air and abrasive through the tip. It disperses the abrasive in a wide stream that cleans the inside of the pipe as the nozzle moves forward. The working area length is 200 mm.
The nozzles are made of tungsten carbide (TC). They can be used with NHP holders.
