Abrasive blasting machines with remote control
A blasting machine is used for surface cleaning using the abrasive blasting method. Cleaning occurs as a result of abrasive material being expelled from a pressurized tank. The maximum operating pressure of the tank is 10 bar.
The manually operated blasting machine consists of: a blasting tank, a filling hopper, and a CAF-3 moisture separator, which effectively removes moisture and oil from compressed air, thereby preventing abrasive material from clumping in the tank and other components, RCV control valve and DMH control handle connected by a double hose. Additionally, it is equipped with a metering valve that precisely regulates the amount of abrasive drawn from the tank. The blasting machine can be fitted with an FSV valve, designed for use with less aggressive abrasives such as sand, or an SGV valve, intended for use with aggressive and heavy abrasives such as corundum or steel shot, thanks to a replaceable rubber liner inside the valve.
The high quality of the tank and other components ensures long-term and reliable operation of the blasting machine.
CONTROL SYSTEM
RCV VALVE / DOUBLE HOSE / DMH CONTROL HANDLE
The control system includes a remote control valve (RCV) and a DMH control handle, which are connected by a dual hose.
The remote control valve (RCV) is used to control the compressed air flow while simultaneously controlling the air discharge from the unit. Both control functions operate simultaneously when the DMH handle is pressed or released by the operator. Air is discharged from the tank through a muffler, which is included in the kit.
The RCV control valve responds when the DMH handle lever is pressed. The blast tank is pressurized, and the abrasive blasting process begins. When the DMH handle lever is released, the RCV control valve closes, the blasting process ends, and the tank pressure drops.
