Equipment

The abrasive pop up valve is designed to seal the vessel of the blasting machine. It is mounted inside the vessel on a metal stem, while the sealing gasket is located in the feed neck. When the air supply is opened, both components should tightly seal the feed chamber. The closure occurs as a result of the air stream striking the stem with the mounted valve. Damage to any of the components causes leakage and reduces operational efficiency.

Cast iron rubber-coated fitting used to connect the dosing valve to the blasting hose. The internal surface is coated with a layer of rubber, which significantly extends the service life of the fittings exposed to abrasion from constant contact with abrasive material.
