The control system is operated by a single operator to turn the abrasive blasting device on and off.

DESCRIPTION

The control system includes the RCV control valve and the DMH control handle, which are connected by a double hose.

The RCV remote control valve is used to regulate the flow of compressed air while simultaneously controlling the air blow-off outside the device. Both control functions operate simultaneously while the DMH handle is pressed or released by the device operator. Air is blown out from the blast vessel through a silencer, which is included in the set.

The RCV control valve responds when the DMH handle is pressed. The blast vessel is pressurized, and the abrasive blasting cleaning process begins. When the DMH handle is released, the RCV control valve closes, the cleaning process ends, and the pressure in the blast vessel drops.

The DMH control handle is attached near the nozzle and connected to the RCV control valve via a double hose.

The control lever in the sandblaster operates pneumatically, which means it uses compressed air to turn the sandblaster on and off.

How the control handle works:

1. Compressed air: The lever is connected to the control valve (RCV), through which compressed air flows, crucial for the operation of the sandblaster.
2. Lever mechanism: When the operator moves the control lever, it opens or closes the abrasive feed valve, which tightly seals the abrasive feeding chamber in the sandblaster.
3. Sandblaster activation: When the abrasive feed valve to the sandblaster is in the closed position, the blasting mechanism is activated, i.e., the start of abrasive blasting onto the surface.
4. Shutdown: After releasing the control lever, the air flow stops, causing the abrasive feed valve to drop and thus turning off the sandblaster.
