The PBT-1 tool is an ideal solution for cleaning pipes with an internal diameter from 3” (75 mm) to 12” (300 mm). The PBT-1 consists of a Venturi nozzle made of tungsten carbide, featuring a round tip that ejects abrasive material in a wide stream. Tungsten carbide reduces wear and extends service life. Centering flanges and a carriage allow the PBT-1 to be used for any pipe with an internal diameter starting from 3” (75 mm). The PBT-1 with a centering flange enables cleaning of pipes with an internal diameter from 3” to 5” (125 mm). Using the centering carriage allows operation on all internal pipe diameters from 5” (125 mm) to 12” (300 mm).

The PBT-2 is an auxiliary tool for all Contracor blast machines; it enables easy cleaning of the internal surfaces of steel pipes. It is durable, portable, and above all easy to use, allowing for a significant increase in work efficiency. The PBT-2 consists of an adjustable centering carriage on which a pneumatically driven motor is mounted, rotating the pneumatic cleaning head to ensure a uniformly cleaned surface. The carriage can be continuously adjusted for internal diameters from 12” (304.8 mm) to 36” (914.4 mm). The motor is powered by compressed air. The rotational speed can be varied, providing high flexibility for working with all degrees of corrosion on internal surfaces. The PBT-2 assembly can operate with NTC(F) nozzles with internal diameters from 6.5 mm to 9.5 mm.
