The SGV dosing valve is designed for precise metering of abrasive into the compressed air stream at the outlet of the device.
DESCRIPTION
The abrasive valve for the sandblaster is made of high-quality wear-resistant materials, which increases its service life and reduces the need for frequent replacement. The sandblaster valve is used for dosing heavy or aggressive abrasive materials, such as shot, grit, or aluminum oxide. The SGV design prevents direct contact between the valve body and the abrasive stream. The abrasive stream only touches the rubber hose, which can be easily replaced when worn. The abrasive is metered using a dosing screw located in the constriction of the rubber hose.

DESCRIPTION
The 45°-angled design of the FSV valve ensures a homogeneous mixture of air and abrasive.
Durable control discs enable the dosing of precise amounts of abrasive.
An inspection port allows the valve to be cleaned of abrasive residue.
The disc valve for sandblasting is intended for use with light abrasives such as sand.
